Mannequin Terms and Conditions

Mannequin is provided by 10951811 Canada Inc. (we, us or our). These terms govern the clothing photo studio at getmannequin.com and app.getmannequin.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Use your own verified email address and protect your password. Your hosted photos, work, collections and credits belong to that account. Branding, favourites and caption drafts may remain in the original browser. Keep copies of important originals and exports.

AI photos need your review

Mannequin uses AI to analyse selected images, edit clothing photos, explore design concepts and draft text. Internet access and available capacity are required. AI can change colours, fabric, prints, labels, seams, proportions, fit or visible condition. A completed result has passed technical checks; it has not been independently certified as an accurate product photograph. Compare it with your original before publishing. Marking a photo reviewed records your own review.

Generated models are fictional presentations. Images do not establish actual garment fit, measurements, fabric composition, inventory or availability. Design concepts are proposals, not photographs of products you have made or have in stock. Preserve concept labels and accurately represent products in listings and advertising.

Your content and rights

You retain your rights in the photos, logos and text you supply. Upload only material you have permission to process and share, including any required permission from identifiable people. Avoid unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, transmit and process submitted content through our providers as needed to provide requested features, protect the service and meet legal obligations. This does not allow us to publish private work in advertising without separate permission. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling.

As between you and us, you may use, edit and share generated results for personal and commercial purposes. We assign any rights we may hold in those results to you to the extent permitted by law. AI results may resemble other material, may not qualify for copyright protection and are not guaranteed to be exclusive or free of third-party claims. You remain responsible for rights needed for your intended use. Our software, examples and branding remain ours or our licensors'.

Free photos and paid plans

The free allowance is three lifetime trial AI photos, with no card required. One technically valid new AI image uses one credit. Failed, retake and uncertain jobs release their reservations. Dissatisfaction with a technically valid output does not automatically return a credit, without limiting any remedy required by law. Exporting, resizing or branding an existing result does not use another image credit. Written ideas and captions have separate service limits.

When offered, Premium costs US$19.99 per month for 75 AI photos per monthly allowance period and removes Mannequin attribution from enhanced exports while active. Unused monthly photos do not roll over. A pack of 25 extra photos costs US$9.99 once; unused extra credits do not expire and remain in your account after Premium ends. Extra packs do not independently remove Mannequin attribution. Concept labels remain on every plan.

Applicable tax is added at Stripe Checkout. The purchase screen shows the final price, currency, taxes, billing period and recurring terms before payment. Purchases are available only when enabled in the studio. We do not retroactively reduce purchased entitlements except as permitted by law or following a refund, dispute, reversal or revoked payment.

Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Stripe processes web payments. A Premium subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Use Plans & photos → Manage billing & invoices to cancel future renewals. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Signing out, deleting a browser or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.

Account deletion requests cancellation of connected Mannequin Stripe subscriptions through a background process. Confirm cancellation in the billing portal and contact support if it remains pending. Account deletion does not refill used credits or preserve deleted photos; export what you want to keep first.

For billing errors or a refund request, contact us using the address below. We review requests subject to applicable law. Refunds, disputes and reversed payments can reduce or revoke the associated paid allowance. Nothing here removes statutory refund, warranty or consumer rights or guarantees a discretionary refund.

Acceptable use

Do not violate laws or another person's rights, create deceptive or unlawful material, exploit children, harass others, distribute malware, access another account or bypass security, credits, payment verification or service limits. Do not remove required concept labels or Mannequin marks to evade plan restrictions. You may add your own branding using the available tools.

Privacy and sharing

Review the Privacy Policy and the image processing notice before submitting photos. Selected images, references and instructions are processed by cloud and AI providers to fulfil your request. Exporting or sharing sends material to the destination you choose, whose rules then apply.

Availability and ending access

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud, unlawful activity, serious misuse or a legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, we will explain and offer a contact route. Features, limits and availability may change, subject to applicable law and existing purchase rights. We will provide any required notice and remedies for material changes or discontinuation affecting paid services. Keep copies of your originals and exports because outages and data loss can occur.

Warranties, liability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or accurate, unique or suitable AI results. Statutory warranties and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.

For business users, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the greater of CAD$100 and the amount you paid for Mannequin in the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply to consumers where prohibited, fraud, intentional or gross fault, bodily or moral injury, or other liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Quebec law and applicable federal Canadian law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections where you live. Disputes may be brought in competent Quebec courts or another court where applicable law gives that right. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class action rights.

Changes and contact

We will update the date and provide required notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively with any notice, consent, cancellation and refund rights required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply where permitted.
